Brad Taflinger
Vice President, Operations, Del West USA

Brad Taflinger is vice president of operations at Del West USA. He oversees the factory and manages production, as well as supporting departments such as manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, prototype, maintenance and information management. Prior to joining Del West in 2005, he was the manager of the Tustin, California plant of SMC Corporation, a manufacturer of pneumatic automation products. He came to Tustin in 1997 from SMC’s Indianapolis, Ind. headquarters, where he worked as a manufacturing engineer and production manager from 1990 to 1997.

Taflinger has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind. He is married with three children. When he is not coaching Little League, he enjoys fixing up classic cars and riding his motorcycle with friends and family in the local mountains and deserts.
